Strengths-based Approach

A strengths-based approach focuses on a client’s abilities, resources, and potential rather than their problems or deficits. Instead of only addressing what’s “wrong” with a client’s financial situation, financial mentors recognise and build on what clients can do, encouraging confidence, self-determination, and resilience.
