Inclusivity and Non-discrimination

Inclusivity and non-discrimination are core principles for creating fair societies that ensure everyone can participate fully, regardless of their background. Non-discrimination prohibits unfair treatment based on characteristics like race, gender, religion, or disability, while inclusivity goes further by actively creating environments where all individuals feel they belong and are valued. These principles require not just treating everyone the same but also making reasonable accommodations and adjustments to address historical or systemic inequalities and to ensure equal access to rights and opportunities.
Our aim then, is to provide services without discrimination and actively work to remove barriers that prevent people from accessing financial support.
