This course will explore interpersonal skills from a strength-based approach and the fundamental components of working from strength.
What will you learn?
This course includes:
- the principles of strength-based practice
- what is not included in strength-based practice
- identifying your own strengths and how you use them to contribute to your work and personal life
- strength-based leadership
- strength-based language
- reframing techniques
- tools to find identify your own strengths.
Who is the course for?
All staff within the BFC sector and other teams in the Health and Community Well-being sector.
