Te Whare Tapa Whā is a model that views a healthy life as more than being physically fit, taking into account the physical, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions of health and healing. Te Whare Tapa Whā also views culture and cultural experience as crucial to the development and maintenance of good health.

Learning objectives

This was a good introduction for someone who has no prior knowledge of Te Whare Tapa Wha and a good reminder to use it more on a day to day basis for those of us who have studied it in greater depth. Very brief.
