Description
A code of conduct is a set of guiding principles and expectations that outline how people within an organisation, group, or community should behave. It acts as a shared agreement about what is acceptable, what isn’t, and how everyone can contribute to a safe, respectful, and productive environment.
Our Code of Conduct is the third of three interconnected parts of Te Kawa Matua: Practice Standards for Financial Mentors in Aotearoa New Zealand. Each section has a distinct role in defining professional financial mentoring practice:
- Professional Practice Standards – what we do
- Code of Ethics – why we do it
- Code of Conduct – how we do it
See: Professional Practice Standards and Guidelines Module and Code of Ethics Module.
