Zoom in and out
Depending on your screen, you may wish to zoom in so you can see your document more clearly.
Look on the bottom right and you will see a zoom slider. You can drag the marker to zoom in / out, or press the plus/minus buttons to zoom in small increments.

Pro tip: The shortcut for zooming is to hold the Ctrl key down and scroll the mousewheel in/out. If you’re using a laptop with a touchpad instead of a mouse, try the pinch / unpinch motion below to zoom in / zoom out.

Practice point: Zoom in / out of your document, until it’s comfortable for you to read.
Nice!
Good work, ! You’ve successfully worked through the first lesson of this course. It’s not so scary, eh?
Before moving on, have a look at the checklist below. You should be able to do all these things now. If not, go back through this lesson and practice some more. When you feel comfortable that you’ve got these things sorted, tick them off and move on to the next lesson.
