Understanding IFSO disputes process
For IFSO the disputes process includes:
- contacting the Ombudsman
- completing a complaint form.
They will refer to the complaint process. They can make a ruling. The dispute process can also include an investigation.
This process can be off putting for our clients going through vulnerable circumstances. Having a financial mentor support them through the form filling stage can be very beneficial for them.
