Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the ongoing process of learning and growth that ensures financial mentors maintain and enhance their knowledge, skills, and professional competence throughout their careers. CPD supports mentors to provide effective, ethical, and up-to-date guidance to clients.

CPD ensures financial mentors remain competent, confident, and current, enabling them to provide high-quality, ethical, and client-centered financial support.

As a financial mentor you will: 

• complete minimum CPD requirements as specified for their competency level 
• engage in reflective practice to continuously improve practice 
• participate in professional networks and learning communities; and 
• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to advance the profession.
