Where does your charity find its sources of funds?

Before we look at how other charities obtain their funds, let’s spend a few minutes thinking about your charity. What are the main sources of your income?

  • Individuals?
    • Ad hoc gifts?
    • Regular gifts?
    • Major gifts?
    • Gifts in wills?
  • Organisations?
  • Government?
  • Foundations and Trusts?

Do you think some sources are more appropriate for certain types of organisations?
